The dishes that come out of the kitchen are not only superbly executed but the plates are exquisitely composed. The octopus gnocchi is pitch perfect in texture. The braised chicken appendage entree transcends its curious name. The chicken is perfectly done (clean bone) and the dish pops with southwestern flavors including a delicious mole and fantastic heirloom beans. The wine by the glass offerings are among the most impressive in quality and value at any Salt Lake City restaurant. Dinners are meant to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace so make sure the server picks up on the cues for what consistently is one of SLC’s most satisfying dining experiences!

Our group of 8 for dinner last night agreed - 5 is not a high enough rating for this outstanding establishment. When food is both delicious and beautiful like art, paired with phenomenal service (thank you Shaw!) and delicious wine, whatdayahave? A FANTASTIC place! My friend Stan is pissed that we can't give them a 10 and for what it's worth, he's a little persnickety about food. Well just don't delay, get on in there, and have yourself a wine flight! Enjoy!!!
